Summary: We tried to use our jetted tub and when we turned the jets on it smelt like sulfur so we immediately had to turn them off which was disappointing. There was empty danimals yogurt left in the drawer under the tv and a stuffed animal underneath the pull out couch. Wasn’t detailed clean.

Summary: The heat stopped working at midnight the second night and we called and maintenance was supposed to come, they didn’t! Called again when we woke up and still didn’t see maintenance! We decided to leave at 9 am, which was upsetting cause we didn’t have to check out till 11!

Summary: Clean rooms. We had adjoining rooms and there was plenty of room for the 5 of us!! Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Everyone, especially the kids? Loved the matter bathroom! Lol The only thing i wish was different is i wish there was little throw blankets in the living room.

Summary: Room was great, but very few people at resort and they put a family with children right over us. They ran all night anddwhen they would flush, sounded like it was in our room. Very disturbing and they could have easily put them elsewhere. There was plenarty of space.
